JoAnn Kintzel is the Chief Executive Officer of M3 where she is leading the company into a dynamic new era of growth and innovation following its acquisition by Blackstone. With a distinguished track record of scaling high-growth companies, JoAnn brings decades of leadership experience in operational excellence, product innovation and strategic expansion. Before joining M3, JoAnn served as CEO of Procare Solutions. Under her leadership the company evolved from a founder-led organization into an industry powerhouse, marked by significant workforce expansion, multiple strategic acquisitions and major enhancements to its product portfolio. Previously JoAnn was President of TaxAct, where she drove growth initiatives, expanded the company’s market reach, and advanced its solutions for both B2C and B2B segments. Her earlier career includes executive leadership roles at Mattel, Intuit and Parsons Technology where she consistently led business transformations and championed market leadership.

JoAnn holds dual B.S. degrees in Accounting and Business Administration from Mount Mercy University.
